A road in Gedling Village was blocked after a vehicle crashed into a low railway bridge.
It is understood the incident happened sometime before 4pm on Friday, January 28.
Jessops Lane, at the junction with Willow Lane, was blocked.
Pictures from the scene show a high-sided truck stuck under the bridge which holds up a railway track which runs into Netherfield.
The truck was visibly damaged.
It is not understood if the road has since reopened, but it was clearly blocked as of 4pm.
