Dublin Fire Brigade has shared dramatic footage after a field caught fire in the northside.
The video shows massive flames engulfing the open area as firefighters battled to keep the blaze under control.
The incident happened last night near the entrance to the Port Tunnel at Coolock.
A Dublin Fire Brigade spokesperson said on Twitter: “We have Firefighters fighting a fire in a field near the entrance to the Port Tunnel (unaffected) at Coolock.
“Residents close to, and downwind of the fire should close their windows to prevent smoke entering your home.”
