This is the dramatic moment a police chase ended with cops bursting a driver's tyres using a stinger.
The vehicle had allegedly failed to stop for officers in Aberdeen, on Thursday night.
The drama was caught on camera as the police desperately tried to end the high-speed chase.
One officer can be seen throwing a spiked stinger device into the road to burst the car's tyres.
The hair-raising pursuit was brought to an end on the A90 southbound near the Spurryhillock junction.
A 30-year-old man has now been charged with road traffic offences.
He is due to appear in court today.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "A car failed to stop when signalled to by police on West North Street in Aberdeen around 9.50pm on Thursday, 5 August, 2021.
"Officers pursued the vehicle which was stopped on the A90 southbound near the Spurryhillock junction.
"A 30-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with various road traffic offences and is due to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court today (Friday, 6 August).”
