Once more, Drake has beaten a record previously held by The Beatles.
The rapper, whose full name is Aubrey Drake Graham, has secured the most Top 10 singles on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in a single year, a record which was previously held by the Liverpool band for over 50 years.
He landed his 12th Top 10 spot this year thanks to his appearance on the track "MIA" by Puerto Rican rapper Bad Bunny, which launched at no. 5. The Beatles had 11 Top 10 singles on the chart in 1964.
The solo songs by the Canadian rapper that appeared on the chart this year were "God's Plan", "Diplomatic Immunity," "Nice for What," "Nonstop", "I'm Upset," "Emotionless," "In My Feelings" and "Don't Matter To Me," which features Michael Jackson.
Also included were collaborations, including "Look Alive" by BlocBoy JB, "Walk It Talk It" by Migos and "Yes Indeed" with Lil Baby. Drake has had 32 Top 10 songs overall, the most among any solo male artist.
The Beatles, meanwhile, still hold the record for the most no.1 singles in one year, with six reaching the top spot in 1964. Overall, the band had 34 Top 10 hits.
In July, Drake beat another Beatles US chart record, when he had seven songs in the Top 10 at the same time, surpassing their previous record of five, again in 1964.
