The NRL and NSW Police are investigating several St George Illawarra players who broke stay-at-home orders to attend a party at Paul Vaughan's house.
The Dragons confirmed that several players were under investigation, with the party believed to have taken place on Saturday night.
The NRL and Police have spent Sunday morning speaking to those in attendance.
Any party would have been a clear breach of not only NSW law, but the game's bubble.
Under the sport's biosecurity rules, players are not allowed visitors and can only leave home for essential reasons outside of training and games.
"St George Illawarra are aware of a New South Wales state government stay-at-home order and NRL biosecurity breach involving a number of players," the club said in a statement.
"The Dragons will not make comment at this time, while the investigation into the matter with the NRL Integrity Unit and NSW Police continues."
While it's unlikely NSW Health would place the group into isolation, there is every chance they could be sanctioned or banned from the NRL.
Josh Dugan was last week hit with a $25,000 fine and two weeks out of the game for attending a Sydney restaurant after the NRL's bubble was put in place.
It marks the second time Vaughan has found himself under investigation for a biosecurity breach, after missing two games for visiting a cafe last year.
