Drag Race UK judges Alan Carr and Graham Norton are back for series 2

The second series of Drag Race UK will see the return of Alan Carr and Graham Norton as judges, the BBC show has confirmed.

Last year the duo appeared alongside head judge RuPaul and Michelle Visage, as well as a string of celebrity guests judges, to crown the winner of the first series.

Bosses confirmed the news on Drag Race UK's official Instagram account on Tuesday by sharing a picture of Alan and Graham.

They said: "Blessed to have @grahnort and @chattyman back for #DragRaceUK series two."

The account's followers were thrilled with the news and left excited comments on the snap.

Back in October Alan revealed that production for series two was already underway and filming would start within weeks.

He said: "I'm filming that in a fortnight's time, so that will be nice to just get that finished."

Alan added: "It's also good for some of the drag queens who maybe their sewing wasn't that good – because in the lockdown, if they've got any sense, they'd be on that sewing machine, with that pedal down!

The BBC has also announced a spin-off called God Shave the Queens , which will give fans a behind-the-scenes look at the first ever Drag Race UK tour.

Drag Race UK series one was won by The Vivienne and Divina de Campo was the runner-up.
