Draft Wire has Seahawks selecting cornerback in early 2020 mock

It’s only Week 3 of the 2019 regular NFL season but Draft Wire’s Luke Easterling is already looking ahead to 2020. In his latest mock draft, Easterling makes his early three-round projections, with his draft order determined by this season’s current Super Bowl odds.

In the first round of next year’s draft, Easterling has the Seattle Seahawks selecting cornerback Bryce Hall out of Virginia with the No. 21 overall pick.

“The Seahawks have a type when it comes to corners, and Hall is the perfect fit with his combination of size and physicality,” Easterling notes. “He could have been a high pick in last year’s draft, but the Seahawks steal him outside the top 20 here.”

Easterling also has Seattle selecting tackle Trey Adams out of Washington in the second round to help beef up the Seahawks offensive line.

If the Seahawks continue their win streak, they just might be picking a lot later in the draft than the current odds suggest.
