Dr.Reddy’s names Bharat Doshi as additional independent director

Hyderabad: Dr.Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd on Wednesday informed stock exchanges that it has appointed Bharat Doshi as additional independent director effective from 11 May.

Doshi is a former executive director and group chief financial officer of Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd., the flagship company of the Mahindra group, and a director on the board of the Reserve Bank of India.

He is also chairman of Mahindra Intertrade Ltd, director on the board of Mahindra Holdings Ltd and independent director of Godrej Consumers Products Ltd.
