A woman was left with a hole in her face "big enough to smuggle diamonds in" after she had a colossal blackhead removed.
Dr Pimple Popper took to Instagram to share a recent video of the stomach-churning extraction of the ‘dilated pore of Winer’.
In the video, Dr Sandra Lee can be seen squeezing the monster blackhead as the patient explains that she had another gigantic zit previously.
Dr Pimple Popper used a simple analogy to explain why the epic impurity came back.
As she wrestles with the huge spot, she said: "Because it is a pore and it's dilated already, that's why it comes back, because there's an opening there.

"It's like a little pothole that just fills up."
A dilated pore of Winer can range in size, spanning from a few millimeters to more than a centimeter.
As the enormous blackheads leave the pore stretched and dilated, they often fill back up again.

Or, as Dr Pimple Popper joked in her video, they're left so large that "you could smuggle diamonds in it, if you wanted to".
A blackhead — also known as an 'open comedo' — occurs when there is no layer of skin over the pore, and gunk inside becomes trapped, oxidized and turns black.
Despite their unsightly appearance, the monster blackheads can be removed just like any other; by squeezing or using tweezers.
As they tend to fill back up, a doctor can excise the pore - which is usually a permanent solution.
