TV doctor Christian Jessen branded fellow doctor Joseph Mercola a "f***ing crook" in a nasty spat about coronavirus.
The two experts struggled to see eye-to-eye as they argued over potential treatments for the deadly bug, for which there is currently no vaccination.
Christian was left fuming when Joseph recommended the use of a DIY ventilators to treat the virus.
The American doctor tweeted: "Nebulized hydrogen peroxide therapy is an inexpensive and simple way to treat most viral respiratory illnesses.
"All you need is a nebulizer with a face mask that covers your mouth and nose, and common household hydrogen peroxide, available at most grocery stores and pharmacies."
He told followers to get hold of a nebuliser - a machine that converts medication into a mist.
But Joseph's advice left Christian, 43, furious and he took to Twitter to vent.
The Embarrassing Bodies star penned: "You are a SHAMELESS f****ng crook. Reported for spreading dangerous bull***t."

Last month Christian caused controversy himself by making an ill-advised joke about the deadly virus, claiming Italians are using it as an excuse to have a 'siesta'.
Appearing on FUBAR Radio’s Access All Areas, Christian was asked his opinions on coronavirus by host Stephen Leng.
Christian replied: “This might be a little bit racist to say this, but you’ll have to make apologies, but do you not think it’s a bit of an excuse?"
“The Italians, any old excuse to, you know, shut down everything and stop work for a bit and have a long siesta!" he quipped.
When asked if he agreed with Boris Johnson decision to delay closing schools, the star of Channel 4’s Supersize vs Superskinny explained: “I do agree with him actually, I think it’s an epidemic lived out more in the press than in reality.
“I mean if you think about flu right, without getting too heavy, flu kills thousands every single year."
