Former Welsh Love Islander Dr Alex George has continued raising awareness for mental health by taking part and leading the #postyourpill campaign where he has posted pictures of his medication to social media.
The A&E doctor took part in the 2018 series of Love Island and since the show he has returned to his profession as an A&E doctor and suffered a personal tragedy that led to him becoming a key mental health campaigner.

Alex's younger brother. Llyr, took his own life earlier this year . Since then, Alex has campaigned passionately for mental health and has been made Youth Mental Health Ambassador to the UK government.
Now he is taking part and leading the #postyourpill campaign where he is sharing photos of his anxiety medication to Instagram.
Posting a picture of him holding his pill and showing the tattoo dedicated to Llyr , he said: "I have been thinking quite hard about whether to post this, but I feel it's the right thing to do... I take medication, alongside therapy and self care, to help with my anxiety."
He admitted that he had been struggling with his anxiety for years and that he should have accessed help sooner but feared being judged.
Alex has also said recently in a new mental health documentary that he finds it difficult to return home to Wales since his brother's death.
Now he is not afraid to show that he takes medication to help with his mental health, he said: "I can tell you now, I am not ashamed. I AM PROUD to take control of my own health. This does not make me weak or less able, it makes me stronger."
He then asked his followers, who felt able to, to respond with pictures of their medication using the hashtag #postyourpill.
Now the #postyourpill hashtag has over 1000 posts and Dr Alex's Instagram story is full of him reposting pictures of those who have posted their pill.
He said: "I really feel we are starting a movement here. Medication stigma has gone on for far too long. You have the right to take control and look after your health."
