Gamers can download Grand Theft Auto V for free for a limited time.
Epic Games digital store has made the 'Premium' PC version of 2013 Rockstar title available for free. Gamers have until May 21 to download the age 18-rated GTA V, which is still the latest title in the long-running crime series, even though it has been out for seven years. Usually, Epic charges £24.99 for a GTA V Premium download.
Those who download the free game can keep it forever.
Free GTA V proved so popular that Epic Games' digital store crashed yesterday as customers rushed to get hold of their free copies.
Epic Games' store is now up and running again. To download GTA 5, customers have to register an Epic Games account, which is free. Then search for GTA V on the online store, or head here to download it.
Only the PC version of GTA V is available for free.
GTA V is one of the highest rated video games of all time, with a 92/100 award from PC Gamer. Around 120 million copies of the game have sold around the world.
