Boris Johnson begged for intimate photos of Jennifer Arcuri while he was traveling abroad on an official work trip.
Ms Arcuri revealed in a world-exclusive interview with the Sunday Mirror that she received text messages from Boris Johnson while she was staying in a hotel in Tel Aviv.
At the time Mr Johnson was Mayor of London, but his number was saved in Ms Arcuri's phone as Alexander the Great - his secret codename.
The incident took place in November 2015, when Ms Arcuri claimed the pair were in the fourth year of their affair.
Ms Arcuri said the politician was dejected after Palestinian officials canceled a strong of meetings after he criticised a boycott of Israeli good.
She said that he then turned to her for comfort.
Texts seen by the Mirror show they discussed meeting at the King David Hotel, where Mr Johnson was a guest of the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He was on a taxpayer-funded trade mission.
However, the meeting would not happen as Ms Arcuri was an hour away in the Dan Panorama in Tel Aviv.
But the Mayor of London was undeterred and went on to asked to see pictures of his lover.
He texted: "Photo x."
She replied: “Is that a statement or a request? ;-)”.
To which the response came: “It is a desperate request xxx.”
Jennifer then sent him a raunchy photograph.
She said: “That is a classic illustration of him being burnt out on these trips. He screwed up and meetings were canceled.
“I remember him being emotionally needy and wanting pictures. It was playful banter. These little things reveal more about the man, everybody has a weak moment.
“He’s far from home, he doesn’t have a lot of friends he can trust, count on and rely on. It made sense he reached out to me, on a human level.”
