Doug Pederson watches intensely as Henry Ruggs III runs a blazing 4.28 40-yard dash

The Philadelphia Eagles have said all the right words when it comes to embracing a youth movement and interjecting more speed at the skill positions.

Eagles head coach Doug Pederson is in Indianapolis for the NFL Scouting Combine and he just had a front and center view of Alabama star wide receiver Henry Ruggs III running a blazing 4.28 40-yard dash on his first attempt.

Ruggs time was officially changed to 4.27.

Ruggs III put on an amazing show on Thursday night and it ensured that the Eagles will likely have to trade up in the draft to secure his services.
