Doug Pederson reacts to viral British Jaguars fan’s unique outfit

The crowds at international games are always a unique blend of fans representing all 32 teams in the crowd, negating much of the “home field” advantage that the Jacksonville Jaguars have looked to earn in a decade of games overseas. There was one Jaguars fan in London who was hard to miss, though.

At both Wembley Stadium for a Week 4 matchup against the Atlanta Falcons and Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in Week 5 against the Buffalo Bills, there was a Jaguars fan sitting front row in an outfit that was equal parts hilarious, sharp, silly, and maybe even haunting.

It was a fit that didn’t go unnoticed by Jaguars head coach Doug Pederson.

“I did see it. Would love to get him back over here in Jacksonville,” Pederson said of the fan in an appearance on NFL Network’s Good Morning Football. “I just want to know if he wore that to the game and if he drove to the game, what are the people around him on the road thinking when they look over at a stop light in London and see this guy in the car?

“Just a great outfit. I mean, it’s one of the better ones that we’ve seen, that I’ve seen, and I’d love to get him back over here for a Jags game. That’d be awesome.”

The Jaguars earned two wins during their 10-day trip to London, turning around a 1-2 start to the season. With the team currently owning an 0-2 record at EverBank Stadium this year, maybe bringing London’s most dapper gentlefan over to the first row in Duval isn’t the worst idea.
