Doug Pederson provides an update on Tim Jernigan, Darren Sproles and more

The Philadelphia Eagles are getting healthy at the right time and according to Doug Pederson, several important Birds are set to return to the lineup.

During his Friday press conference, Pederson indicated that he was optimistic about Timmy Jernigan, Darren Sproles and Avonte Maddox returning to the lineup against the Chicago Bears.

Jernigan (foot) has been sidelined since the Week 2 loss to Atlanta and Sproles (quad) suffered his injury during the Eagles week five win over the Jets.

Avonte Maddox is set to return and will likely hold down the slot cornerback position.
