Doug Pederson provides an update on Eagles WR DeSean Jackson

The Philadelphia Eagles are set to begin preparation for their huge road matchup with the Buffalo Bills, and once again, they could be without DeSean Jackson.

Eagles head coach Doug Pederson addressed the media during his Wednesday afternoon press conference and confirmed that although Jackson has been running off to the side, he won’t be available to practice at the start of this prep week.

Jackson opted out of surgery for the injury and hasn’t played since the Eagles’ Week 2 loss in Atlanta, exiting that game after a handful of plays.

Without him, the Eagles offense has been stymied without a true big-play threat to scare opposing defenses.
