Doug Pederson provides an update on DeSean Jackson, Jason Peters and more

Doug Pederson addressed the media on Wednesday, and the Eagles head coach gave injury updates on Jason Peters, DeSean Jackson, and Jalen Mills. Pederson made it sound like Carson Wentz will likely be without his starting left tackle in Week 7 against the Dallas Cowboys.

Pederson confirmed that Peters is “week to week” with a knee injury and he’ll definitely miss some time, paving the way for Andre Dillard to make his first start.

Pederson listed Jackson as “day to day,” which is an upgrade from his prior status of the week to week.

Jackson won’t practice on Wednesday and there’s no guarantee that he’ll play on Sunday night. Pederson confirmed that Avonte Maddox is still in the concussion protocol, and he’s progressing well.
