They seized a 6.5kg haul of herbal cannabis, 230 grams of cannabis resin and £4,000 in cash from the Queen Street house.
The 11am operation also uncovered a ten plant cannabis farm at the high-rise Maxwellton Court block worth around £6,000, along with an unlicensed air gun.
Crooks had also bypassed the electricity meter, a common tactic used by dealers to avoid paying high bills.
Cops believe the properties are linked to a dealing network which operates throughout the region.
They have now urged anyone with information about peddlers and dealers operating in their communities to come forward.
A Police Scotland spokesman said: “Officers in possession of search warrants issued under the Misuse of Drugs Act attended at addresses in Maxwellton Court and Queen Street around 11am on Wednesday.
“Following searches of both properties, a large quantity of what is believed to be herbal cannabis was recovered, along other controlled drugs, cash and an air rifle.
“The estimated street value is around £83,000.
“Enquiries are ongoing.”
He added: “We will continue to target the individuals and networks responsible for supplying harmful substances across Renfrewshire.
“If you have any information at all relating to drug activity in your community then we would ask you to contact police.
“We will investigate fully and take robust action where necessary.”
A 35 year-old man has been arrested and charged with drug supply offences.
