Double letting for St Modwen at West Midlands industrial park

A business park is fully let after landlord St Modwen secured deals with two new tenants.

The Birmingham-based property and regeneration group has signed up BioPak and Nemesis for space at its Nunnery Park scheme, in Worcester, just a month after reaching practical completion.

BioPak is a supplier of eco-friendly packaging and will occupy a 48,186 sq ft unit at the site.

Nemesis is a full-service distribution company of more than 20 years and will occupy a 19,134 sq ft unit and both occupiers have signed ten-year leases.

The deals signal the completion of the final phase of development at the 20-acre mixed-use scheme where other tenants include Edmundson Electrical and Obex Protection.

James Irwin-Singer, development manager at St Modwen Industrial and Logistics, said: "Both businesses are brilliant additions to the broad range of occupiers we already have at Nunnery Park.

"This has proven an extremely popular scheme for St Modwen and we're pleased to be regularly meeting prospective occupiers' requirements for high-quality industrial and logistics space - particularly against the backdrop of a global pandemic."

Fisher German and Avison Young are joint marketing agencies for the scheme.
