Double letting deal in Birmingham's business district

A pair of new property lettings have been secured in the heart of Birmingham's business district.

Global financial services firm Alvarez and Marsal has agreed a new five-year lease for 2,583 sq ft at Edmund Gardens.

BDP International Architects has also taken 3,923 sq ft on a new ten-year lease on the buildings in Edmund Street.

The lettings follow the completion of a refurbishment of the complex which comprises five buildings centred around a garden courtyard.

Edmund Gardens is owned by DTZ Investors which was represented jointly by Savills and BNP Paribas in securing the brace of lettings.

JLL acted for Alvarez and Marsal while BDP International Architects was unrepresented.
