Double-floor Nottingham waterside penthouses for sale - and just look at that view

While 75 percent of the high profile city apartments at Trent Bridge have now been sold, double-floor penthouses at the complex are still up for grabs.

The iconic 121-home waterfront development on the banks of the River Trent may be down to its last few homes but what's left is stunning.

Developed by Nottingham-based Monk Estates, there are six double floor penthouses and 14 apartments left to buy and they are available to move into immediately.

Situated on Pavilion Road overlooking Trent Bridge with fabulous views across the city and river, The Waterside Apartments has attracted buyers from all over the world with its central location, and close proximity to the amenities of West Bridgford and a short walk from Trent Bridge Cricket Ground, Notts County's Meadow Lane stadium and Nottingham Forest's ground.

Individual prices for the remaining 14 two-bed apartments start £285,000 while penthouses start at £695,000.

Sam Monk, director of Monk Estates, said: “We have received a great amount of interest in these homes, including the penthouses, which is testament to the detail and thought that has gone into the scheme.”

Visitors can view, by appointment, the three-bed show penthouse - complete with a panoramic roof terrace overlooking the River Trent, open plan island kitchen and bathroom with floor to ceiling windows.

The £365,000 two-bedroom show apartment is also available to view and all appointments can be booked with selling agent FHP Living.

Steve Parker, director at FHP Living, said: “In terms of waterside living, The Waterside Apartments offer a luxury lifestyle with unrivalled views in one of the best locations you could ask for – the homes are central to the action, yet close to nature, with plenty of open spaces for walking, and excellent travel routes."

There's onsite parking, a reception concierge, an onsite gym and communal areas including a private rooftop terrace above the Waterside Bar and Kitchen for use by residents.
