Kirstin Pugh was on another bus behind the one involved when the incident happened.

She said: "The double-decker bus hit two parked cars and also hit the skip.

"It hit the skip with such force it moved.

"The fire engine arrived first and when I asked someone why they were there, they said it was because there was lots of oil coming from the bus.

"Then a police car arrived with two officers."

Ms Pugh said the crash caused a large queue of traffic as cars weren't able to move.

South Wales Police was unable to provide any information about the incident.
