Tottenham progressed to the Champions League quarter-finals with a composed victory in Dortmund.
Harry Kane scored the only goal of the game with a powerful finish a few minutes into the second half.
Dortmund had piled on the pressure in the first half but could not find the breakthrough, and eventually their momentum fell away.
That was in no small part down to the exceptional defending of Jan Verthongen and company at the back for Spurs.
