
Tottenham face Borussia Dortmund this evening looking to reach the Champions League quarter-finals for only the second time in their history.
An emphatic 3-0 win in the first leg of their last-16 tie three weeks ago leaves them firmly in the driving seat to match the achievements of eight years ago, when they beat AC Milan to set up a last-eight clash with Real Madrid.
Dortmund have never overturned a three-goal deficit in Europe and head into the game in, arguably, their worst run of form this season having won just once in six weeks and seen their five-point lead at the top of the Bundesliga disappear.
However, BVB can be inspired by almost pulling off the near-unthinkable five years ago after losing 3-0 to Real Madrid and winning the second leg 2-0. Two Marco Reus goals had them cruising at half-time, will they go one better tonight?
