An Irishman was killed in a tragic work-related accident in Manchester on Tuesday night.
The 57-year-old from 'west Donegal' was understood to be unloading a lorry for the delivery firm he worked for when he was fatally injured.
He became trapped while carrying out his work, according to local news site, Donegal News.
The man was taken to a hospital in Manchester where he was later pronounced dead.
His name has not yet been released until his relatives have been contacted.
It is understood he had been working for the Donegal delivery firm for four years.
