Donegal GAA club shuts down due to suspected case of Covid-19

A second Donegal GAA club this week has shut down due to a suspected case of Covid-19 among its members.

Naomh Muire GAA club in Mullaghderg have halted activities after the club confirmed that a suspected case of the deadly bug had been detected.

The club said: "C.L.G. Naomh Muire are suspending all club activities until further notice due to a suspected case of Covid19 within the club."

Donegal side Four Masters also temporarily shut down on Tuesday due to potential contacts with people who have shown symptoms of Covid-19.

Four Masters tweeted: "As a precautionary measure all activity within Four Masters GAA Club has been temporarily suspended from today until further notice.

"This is due to a potential contact with a person who has shown symptoms of  COVID-19."
