A new campaign encouraging people to 'donate themselves' to charitable causes in the community, as a way of improving their employment prospects, launches via a live TV webchat tomorrow.
The Vodafone Foundation's World of Difference programme will be unveiled on WebchatsTV via a live panel discussion with Hollyoaks and West End star Summer Strallen — who works with Breast Cancer Care and the pets in need of vets charity, PDSA — and Andrew Dunnett, director of the Vodafone Foundation.
Following on from the Vodafone Foundation's' World of Difference International programme, where eight people won the chance to work for a charity of their choice overseas, the webchat will explore how people can volunteer locally in the UK and add value to their CV at the same time.
The interactive web TV shows will continue for the next four weeks with different panel members and topics.
All programmes go live at 2pm until 2.15pm.
