Donaldson Posts Upbeat Results, Joins Science Applications International, Descartes Systems, Dollar General And Other Big Stocks Moving Higher On Thursday

U.S. stocks were lower, with the Dow Jones falling around 0.1% on Thursday.

Shares of Donaldson Company, Inc. (NYSE:DCI) rose sharply during Thursday's session following upbeat quarterly results.

Sales rose 3.9% year over year (Y/Y) to $935.4 million, beating the consensus of $922.9 million, led by favorable currency translation and volume growth. GAAP net earnings increased to $113.9 million (or 97 cents per share) from $99.0 million (or 81 cents per share) in the prior year. The company reported adjusted EPS of 94 cents, beating the consensus of 92 cents.

Donaldson raised its fiscal 2026 guidance for adjusted EPS to $3.95-$4.11 (versus consensus of $4.01) from the previous range of $3.92-$4.08.

Donaldson shares jumped 4.7% to $91.78 on Thursday.

• ASP Isotopes Inc. (NASDAQ:ASPI) jumped 12% to $6.35. Cantor Fitzgerald analyst Derek Soderberg initiated coverage on ASP Isotopes with an Overweight rating and announced a price target of $13.
• BioAge Labs, Inc. (NASDAQ:BIOA) gained 11.9% to $10.32 after announcing positive interim Phase 1 data for BGE-102, a novel brain-penetrant NLRP3 inhibitor.
• Kyverna Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:KYTX) rose 10.6% to $7.95.
• The Descartes Systems Group Inc. (NASDAQ:DSGX) shares jumped 9.6% to $90.97 after the company reported better-than-expected quarterly financial results.
• Nova Minerals Limited (NASDAQ:NVA) gained 9.3% to $10.13.
• Dollar General Corporation (NYSE:DG) rose 9% to $119.74 after the company reported better-than-expected third-quarter financial results and raised its FY25 guidance above estimates.
• Fluence Energy, Inc. (NASDAQ:FLNC) gained 7% to $21.22.
• Figure Technology Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ:FIGR) surged 6.4% to $37.64.
• MarketAxess Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:MKTX) rose 5.6% to $168.78 after announcing trading volume statistics for November.
