Donald Trump’s new White House portrait hides an omnious flaw (or fate?) and it has been spotted

Does Donald Trump’s vanity know no bounds? It seems not as the U.S. leader recently added a collection of paintings featuring himself in the White House, although one painting in particular has caught the attention of online netizens who believe the portrait unintentionally shows something rather interesting.

Trump loves his portraits. More specifically, he likes portraits that make him look cool, strong, and powerful, everything that he isn’t in real life. One of the many new paintings depicting the president shows him walking towards the viewer, he’s wearing a long coat that blows in the breeze, he’s got one hand in his pocket and a stoic look on his face. It’s about what you’d expect from someone as self-centered as Trump is.

What is the problem with Trump’s latest portrait?

Observant viewers noticed what could be perceived as a subliminal message within the painting. Behind Trump we can see a row of American flags and the whole background is shrouded in an orangey-brown haze that almost looks like flames and smoke. On X one individual claimed the new White House portrait was “literally him walking away while America burns.”

You know what? Now that they point it out, that is exactly what it looks like. It’s rather fitting considering all the damage the president has already done to the U.S. What’s worse is that he doesn’t seem to care about it either. Maybe this one painting is actually somewhat accurate in the way it captures Trump’s callous and uncaring attitude above all else. The painting has a similar vibe to the King Charles portrait that was unveiled last year.

Plenty of others agreed that the painting did seem to depict the country burning, “sums it up,” wrote one, while another added, “Trump painted leaving the fire he started. History won’t let him walk away this time.”

The president has terrible taste in interior style

The portrait is just one of many garish additions the president has made to the White House as of late. He recently adorned much of the building’s interior with tacky gold on almost every surface and he also paved over the rose garden opting to make it look like a country club instead.

Along with this painting, the president has another which depicts the aftermath of his failed assassination attempt back in July of last year. This man is well and truly obsessed with himself.

These paintings are just another example of Trump stroking his over-inflated ego while also being completely out of touch. Is it too much to ask that the leader of the free world be a little humble?
