Donald Trump 'will refuse to leave the White House' on Inauguration Day

Donald Trump has reportedly told aides he will refuse to leave the White House on Inauguration Day next month.

Since losing November’s election, insiders claim the President’s behaviour has become increasingly erratic with his final days in office now being marked by huge “temper tantrums”.

Reportedly Trump privately accepted he lost to rival Joe Biden but has since performed a dramatic u-turn fuelled by advisers like former New York mayor Rudy Giuliani.

According to CNN, Trump has told some advisers he will refuse to leave the White House on January 20 only then to be warned he should.

The possibility has alarmed several aides, but few believe he will actually follow through.

"He's throwing a f***ing temper tantrum," an adviser told CNN. "He's going to leave. He's just lashing out."

The President has pursued dozens of lawsuits to overturn the election result all of which have hopelessly failed.

He continues to take to Twitter to launch baseless claims the election was “rigged” and “stolen” from him but all States have declared they have no evidence to support his allegations.

Rather than still running the country and tackle America’s worsening Covid crisis which has left more than 309,000 people dead, he reportedly spends his days mulling over the lost election.

Much of his time is devoted to plotting ways to contest the result and devising revenge on Republicans he believes have turned on him, Fox News hosts and executives, Congressmembers and Cabinet members.

“He’s been fed so much misinformation that I think he actually thinks this thing was stolen from him,” the adviser added.
