Donald Trump has stormed into the uncertainty over the US’s future relationship with Cuba by threatening to scrap recent moves by Barack Obama to end a diplomatic stand-off that lasted more than 50 years.
“If Cuba is unwilling to make a better deal for the Cuban people, the Cuban/American people and the U.S. as a whole, I will terminate deal,” Mr Trump said on Twitter on Monday, four days after the death of Cuban leader Fidel Castro.
