Donald Trump again risked accusations of sexism today, as he told women at a rally that their 'husbands want to get back to work.'
The President, who is struggling to secure the support of women in next week's general election, made the comments during a rally in Michigan.
Presumably addressing married women in the crowd, the President said: "Your husbands, they want to get back to work, right? They want to get back to work.
"We're getting your husbands back to work. And everybody wants it."
It's not the first time the President has risked enraging the same women he desperately needs to hold on to the Oval Office.
Last week, he attacked Joe Biden's running mate Kamala Harris, not only for her views, but for being a woman.

At a rally in Florida, he said: "Kamala will not be your first female President.
"She will not be your first female president.
"It's not the way it's supposed to be. We're not supposed to have a socialist."
He added: "We're not going to have a socialist president. Especially a female socialist president.
"We're not going to have it. We're not going to put up with it. It's not going to happen."
And in August he drew fire for telling "suburban housewives" that he was going to save them from an "invasion" of low income housing near their homes.
He's continued the argument, but has since stopped referring to "housewives."
But seemingly in response to polling data saying he's struggling to reach them, he's repeatedly appealed to "suburban women" in his speeches.
At one rally earlier this month he pleaded: "Suburban women, would you please like me? I saved your damn neighbourhood, OK?"
Trump narrowly won among white, college educated women in 2016.
But polls suggest they prefer Biden in the 2020 clash by as many as 20 points.
