President Donald Trump has announced that the US will withdraw from the Paris climate accord, saying that he's doing so in order to protect American jobs and the economy in the US.
The president made the announcement from the White House Rose Garden on a warm day in Washington. He was joined by his Vice President, and several members of his cabinet.
