Donald Trump post by PSNI after President 'visits Craigavon'

Craigavon PSNI were on full alert today for the Presidential visit and have reported it went smoothly and, erm, very quickly...

The police in Co Armagh reported a success and a plan that passed off perfectly.

A spokesman said: "Delighted that our leg of the Presidential visit went smoothly.

"The President was in Craigavon airspace for approximately 8.3 seconds, and it all passed off according to plan."

Despite all the excitement, the police remain on terra firma dealing with the rest of us mere mortals.

A spokesman said: "Now that the excitement is over, normal policing continues. As ever, if you need us, it's 999 in emergency and 101 for everything else."
