Donald Trump: Muslims react to Republican front-runner's call for US ban

Prominent and ordinary Muslims across the world have reacted with disbelief and anger over Donald Trump’s call to ban anyone of the Islamic faith entering the United States.

The Republican candidate, leading the field according to some polls, released a statement in which he called for a “complete shutdown” on Muslim immigration.

Following the remarks' widespread condemnation, Trump told a cheering rally in South Carolina: "I. Don't. Care."
