Donald Trump's final act as President was to issue a last-minute pardon to the ex-husband of a Fox News host.
President Trump granted a pardon to Albert J. Pirro, Jr - the former husband of Fox host Judge Jeanine Pirro - a lawyer who used to represent Trump in property deals.
Judge Pirro has been a constant supporter of the former President through her Fox News weekend program Justice with Judge Jeanine - and has frequently repeated unfounded conspiracy theories about vote counting machines in the 2020 election.
"Today, President Donald J. Trump granted a full pardon to Albert J. Pirro, Jr.," deputy press secretary Judd Deere said in a statement to the Presidential press pool.
Mr Pirro Jr was convicted in 2000 of conspiracy and tax evasion after improperly writing off $1.2 million of his personal expenses. He spent nearly a year in prison.
It emerged early this morning that Steve Bannon, Trump's former strategist, had been granted a pardon on charges of fraud related to his "We Build The Wall" political fund.
Ken Kurson, a family friend of Donald Trump and editor of a New York newspaper once owned by the former U.S. president's son-in-law Jared Kushner, was among those pardoned by Trump in his final hours in office.
U.S. prosecutors in Brooklyn had in October charged Kurson, with cyberstalking related to his 2015 divorce, saying he sent threatening messages to victims, including someone he blamed for the breakdown of his marriage.
Kurson, a political consultant and former speechwriter for Trump's personal lawyer and Borat 2 star Rudy Giuliani, served as editor in chief of the Kushner-owned newspaper The Observer from 2013 until he stepped down in 2017. The Observer endorsed Trump in the 2016 U.S. presidential election.
Rappers Lil Wayne and Kodak Black were also granted pardons on Trump's last day in office.
