Donald Cerrone has furiously denied his fight with Conor McGregor was fixed.
Cerrone was stopped in just 40 seconds by the Irishman last month as McGregor returned to the UFC for the first time since he was choked out by Khabib Nurmagomedov in 2018.
Fans and pundits have since claimed the 51-fight veteran took a dive in order to earn a career-high pay day and allow McGregor to register his first win since 2016.
But responding to fans on social media, Cerrone was adamant the result was not pre-determined.
"Take a dive you stupid motherf*****?” he wrote on Instagram. “Who you think you’re talking to? Get a f****** life."

To another user he said: "You think that’s funny?. You feel like I’m the kind of man who would sell his soul? Do me a favor and unfollow me if that’s how you feel."
McGregor blitzed his way to victory with a sublime striking display as he set himself up for tilts at the lightweight and welterweight divisions.
Questions had been asked about the fight being fixed before the clash in Las Vegas, but Cerrone said: "Hell no, I’m not bowing down.

"There’s a bunch of s*** going around, people keep telling me, 'I heard you’re getting paid to take a dive.'
"There wouldn't be enough money in the world for someone to pay me to take a dive.
"I could never look myself in the mirror if somebody paid me to take a dive. S***, never happen.
"I'd rather fight for free than take money to f***ing lose. That’s not me. I’m going to fight my ass off like I do every time."
