Donald Cerrone claims he got no PPV money from Conor McGregor fight at UFC 246

Donald Cerrone has claimed he received no PPV money for his recent bout with Conor McGregor.

The Notorious destroyed Cowboy in just 40 seconds in their UFC 246 main event last month.

Many thought the bout would be a huge payday for Cerrone, but the American claims that was not the case..

Responding to a fan who said he earned 7-10 million from the fight, Cerrone commented:“Hahahahah 7-10 million. I didn’t get PPV money. What the world thinks and what really happens is so different. I made flat money."

Cerrone's claims come as Khabib Nurmagomedov stated that the UFC handed McGregor an easy opponent in the MMA veteran.

The lightweight champion said: "I don’t think this fight was fixed. That’s what I think but I can be wrong.

“Why? Such a big organization with such a big history would not take risk. That would be a huge blow to their reputation.

“But they guessed right with the opponent because that opponent didn’t win any serious trophies.

“He can win and win but as soon as he gets to a big fight, he blows it. He’s a very mentally weak person. It happens.

“I don’t want to make examples. Let’s just say it was a well-played circus.”
