'Don't leave my sweet prince' - Chelsea fans react to Callum Hudson-Odoi's latest Twitter post

Callum Hudson-Odoi is back at Cobham and preparing for Chelsea's trip to Cardiff City on Sunday fresh from his first trip with the England senior squad.

The 18-year-old made his debut and then started for the Three Lions in Montenegro, meaning he was picked in the starting XI for his country before making his first start for his club in the Premier League.

He grabbed an assist in the 5-1 win on Monday night and his performances mean that Maurizio Sarri will be under further pressure to play the wonderkid when they travel to the Cardiff City stadium on Sunday as they return to Premier League action.

Hudson-Odoi has been back in training with his team mates after a successful international break, with reports now suggesting that the Blues are ready to offer him a brand new contract in order to try and tie him down to Stamford Bridge.

However, what he wants more than anything is regular playing time and that will be down to Sarri who will have to respond to Hudson-Odoi's England debut in the coming weeks by playing him more in the Premier League.

With news of a new contract in the air and the possibility of a first start on Sunday, Chelsea fans have reacted in their droves to Hudson-Odoi's latest Twitter post from training on Thursday, with the majority of messages asking the wonderkid to sign a new deal and stay at Chelsea for the foreseeable future.
