The devastated step dad of missing man Dean Conner says his family have been left "worried sick" as they continue to search for the missing 37-year-old a month after he was last seen.
Dean, described as 'kind, innocent and funny' by devastated step dad Gary Finnie, vanished from Musselburgh, in East Lothian, on Hogmanay.
The 37-year-old was last seen around 5pm that day in the town's Links Avenue, heading towards the promenade.
The search for Dean has now entered its fifth week, with Gary saying every day that passes makes the family 'worry even more'.
"Please don't give up on our boy! Someone somewhere must know something," he said.

"One month has passed with no news. Dean's mum is heartbroken and the whole family is worried beyond sick.
"Every day is another tick of a clock that makes us worry even more. We all know Dean to be a kind, innocent and funny lad that doesn't deserve whatever is happening or has happened to him. He needs your help! And he needs to be found!"
Police Scotland launched a fresh appeal for information over Dean's disappearance at the weekend, with Chief Inspector Jocelyn O’Conner urging anyone with 'even small pieces of information' to come forward.
Dean's family have also asked for any sightings to be reported, and urged the public to help them by printing out missing posters and handing them into pubs, cafes and shops in their local areas.
Gary added: "Please act on any thoughts, suspicion or knowledge you might have and get in touch.
"Ask questions from yourself or others that might remember or suspect anything no matter how insignificant as its all part of a large jigsaw and every piece of information counts."
Dean is described as white, five foot, ten inches tall with short, dark brown, black hair.

CCTV footage of Dean shows that shortly before he went missing he was wearing a black hooded top, black jogging bottoms and white trainers.
Anyone who can assist officers with their enquiries is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident number 2238 of Friday, December 31, 2021.
