Harry Hurry is a little boy who lives with his mum and dad and their cat, Tiggs.
The Hurry family are always in a hurry; for example they did their son’s wallpaper incorrectly. They used the head of a bird and the body of a crocodile and the head of a crocodile and the body of a bird as the design on the wallpaper.
Another example was that Mr and Mrs Hurry rushed out to work leaving their son, Harry, in the house. It was their cat, Tiggs, that reminded the dad, who then went back to get Harry and take him to school. After Harry comes home from school, his mum forgets the shopping so she does it online. When she forgets to order Harry’s favourite food, he changes the order to include it and then Tiggs adds on cat food. But when the food arrives, the question is whether anyone will remember to open Tiggs food that is in a tin!
My favourite part is the end (I am not going to spoil it for anyone). It’s a great book for young kids who want to become authors as it opens up your imagination to things you may have not thought of before.
