A Domino's delivery driver has sparked a fierce debate after his angry outburst at not being tipped went viral.
Footage captured by what appears to be a fellow colleague sees the frustrated fast-food employee shouting about not being tipped after he waited five minutes in the rain with the order.
The clip was uploaded to TikTok by @leaks._.world with the caption: "This is why you should tip your drivers."
Since being posted, the video has been viewed more than 1.6 million times - and viewers are undecided on whether his outburst is fair.
Back in the shop, the man shouts: "I don’t want to work here anymore!"
After the person behind the camera tells him to "calm down", he punches a stack of empty pizza boxes and shouts: "Five minutes! Five minutes out there in the rain, and no tip? No tip?"
"Holy s***," says the guy filming the explosive outburst.
Since being posted, the video has racked up almost 208,000 likes and 17,000 comments with his reaction sparking a debate.
Many questioned whether if it's ever okay to order delivery if you don't tip the driver.
One person said: "I literally can’t comprehend how people don’t tip. If you can’t afford to tip you can’t afford to eat out or order food. Period."
Another agreed: "To the people who are complaining about leaving a tip... you simply shouldn't eat out or maybe go pick it up yourself. Drivers rely on tips!!"
"Aw this makes me sad because it was probably repeated deliveries with no tips. He finally hit breaking point," wrote a third.
But a couple of people was confused as to why he was "complaining", arguing it is his job.
One person said: "I hope Domino's gets rid of him. It's called work. Sometimes good tips and sometimes not."
"Why they gotta complain about something that's THEIR job to do? Like cmon bro," wrote another.
And someone else commented: "Lol. 'I don't want to work here anymore.' Aight then leave. [You] already know zero tips is a possibility so why act surprised when it happens?" to which the original poster replied: "I'm only surprised when a customer doesn't care that my hair is dripping wet and can't even say sorry for not opening up but thanks."
