Domino's Ireland launch recruitment drive for management, team members and drivers

Domino’s Ireland have been thriving throughout the pandemic, serving up piping-hot pizzas all over the country to keep us well fed during the lockdowns.

Things have gone so well, in fact, that Domino’s are ready to dish up 350 jobs in 85 stores around Ireland, increasing their overall workforce here to well over 2,000.

The positions include management roles, team members and contract drivers. All team members are trained in customer service and food quality, as well as individual training for specific roles including pizza chefs.

It’s worth noting, too, that 90% of Domino’s store managers started out with the company as a team member – so if it’s career progression that you’re after, the opportunities are there.

Domino’s Ireland’s new CEO Scott Bush is living proof of that, having worked as a delivery driver, in-store, franchisee and Operations Director before taking the top job this month.

He said: “It has been a privilege to keep our stores open during Covid-19 and we’re delighted to be able to offer more people the opportunity to become a Domino’s team member.

“Creating 350 new roles will help ensure we keep serving our local communities safely as they do their jobs, often late into the night.”
