Dominic West has made a rare appearance in the aftermath of the huge backlash caused by his kisses with Lily James.
The Affair actor, 51, took a quick detour into the undergrowth while out on his morning jog near his home in the Cotswolds.
He is still living at the family home, which he shares with his wife Catherine Fitzgerald, 49, and their four children.
Dominic and Lily were spotted kissing during a romantic break to Rome last month.
An eye witness on Dominic and Lily's BA flight out to Italy described them as looking like 'two teenagers in love.'
"Within minutes of the plane taking off, they began kissing and cuddling after both removed their masks," they told the Sun On Sunday.
'They looked like a couple heading for a dirty weekend and they were all over each other.
"They were French kissing and there was a lot of necking going on."
Dominic and Catherine's marriage was thought to be as good as over after Catherine began to suspect that Dominic had feelings for Lily.
This week Catherine broke her silence to insist their marriage of 10 years was "fine".
She said: "Things are OK between us. We don't need any advice from anyone, thank you."
Days after news of the scandal broke, the couple posed for photos outside their home in a public display of unity.
Placing a handwritten note for photographers, they said: "Our marriage is strong and we're very much still together."
The pair were also recently seen going on a jog together.
