A senior official invited people to ANOTHER drinks party in the No 10 garden in breach of Covid rules, Dominic Cummings has claimed.
Invitations were allegedly sent out to a "socially distanced drinks" in the garden behind Downing Street on 20 May 2020.
At the time England was still in the first national lockdown, and outdoor socialising was not allowed.
Boris Johnson's former chief advisor says he and another special advisor complained in writing that the event "seemed to be against the rules and should not happen."
In a lengthy post on his Substack newsletter, he wrote: "We were ignored. I was ill and went home to bed early that afternoon but am told this event definitely happened."
Two days after the alleged party, the Mirror revealed Mr Cummings had himself broken lockdown rules with his trip to Durham.

And the following Monday, May 25, he gave his now infamous press conference in the same Downing Street Rose Garden as the alleged party took place.
Mr Cummings added: "Obviously the PM has told multiple lies about parties in December 2020 and forced or encouraged others to tell the media untrue things."
Number 10 has been approached for comment.
But Mr Cummings claims a photograph of No10 staff - including himself - sitting in the No10 garden five days earlier did not constitute a "party" or "rule-breaking".
He said: "The scene on the terrace was in no sense a ‘party’ or ‘organised drinks’. Many meetings had been taking place in the garden all day.
"While the PM and I had been at that table, various other groups had formed and dispersed in the garden/terrace.
"Those on the terrace nearest me in the photo had been having a meeting."
