Dominic Calvert-Lewin reveals Carlo Ancelotti and Duncan Ferguson role in Everton winner

Dominic Calvert-Lewin has addressed how it felt to break his Premier League goalscoring duck in Everton's 2-1 win over Leeds United on Wednesday evening.
The striker got his side's second goal of the night after Gylfi Sigurdsson had given the Blues the lead in the first half.
Raphinha's strike set up a nervy conclusion to the game, but Carlo Ancelotti's side were able to secure the three points.
Calvert-Lewin bagged his first league goal since finding the back of the net away to Burnley at the beginning of December, ending a run of seven Premier League games without his name on the scoresheet.
But he told BT Sport afterwards that he never stopped believing throughout, thanks to the help of Ancelotti and Duncan Ferguson.

The striker remarked: "Sometimes you just keep plugging away, keep believing. The ball hadn't quite been dropping for me these past few games, but I never stopped believing that one was going to come.
"It was up to me to stay on the move in the six yard box, and to be there like that tonight to put it in.
"They've continued the belief I've had in myself, and they've massively put it into me. It's worked wonders for me, given me that confidence to keep going and keep believing.
"It's the little bits, learning my game and little pointers I can improve as well, but mostly just belief."
Everton managed to bounce straight back from what was a hugely disappointing defeat to Newcastle United at the weekend.
Calvert-Lewin and his teammates knew they would be in for a difficult match, but they were determined to put things right.

"Very tough," the striker added.
"Everyone knows the way that they play. It's man marking, very high tempo, and we were prepared for that.
"I thought we started the game very well and we knew that we had to. It's very important to get the first goal here, and we did.
"We let them back in in the second half, but we did well to a man to see it through.
"We've frustrated ourselves at times by dropping points when we perhaps should have taken them, so tonight was more important after the last game to put it right.
"We want to stay well up there and well in competition to compete for the top four."
