Dominic Calvert-Lewin returns for Everton at Tottenham Hotspur

Dominic Calvert-Lewin has returned to the starting line-up as Everton take on Spurs on Monday evening.

Demarai Gray, however, has not been deemed fit enough to make the matchday squad after missing out in midweek with a fever.

Frank Lampard has made only one change to the side that took on Manchester City at the end of last month at Goodison Park, with the striker replacing Alex Iwobi in the line-up.

The boss had previously made six alterations to his starting 11 for the midweek clash against Boreham Wood.

Everton look to have a 4-3-3 formation once more with Allan, Abdoulaye Doucoure and Donny van de Beek all starting. Calvert-Lewin is flanked by Richarlison and Anthony Gordon at the top end of the pitch.

Jonjoe Kenny retains his place at left-back with Vitalii Mykolenko on the bench while Seamus Coleman, Michael Keane and Mason Holgate make up the defence.

Everton XI: Pickford; Coleman, Holgate, Keane, Kenny; Allan, Doucoure, Van de Beek; Gordon, Richarlison, Calvert-Lewin

Substitutes: Begovic, Mykolenko, Branthwaite, Gomes, Townsend, Iwobi, El Ghazi, Dele, Rondon
