Dolphins RB Kenyan Drake is signing Miami Miracle photos for charity

Miami Dolphins running back Kenyan Drake is entering a big season with the Miami Dolphins in 2019. But no matter how his contract year turns out, Drake has already cemented himself as a Dolphins legend — that was accomplished the moment he dashed through the Patriots secondary and scored on Miami’s miraculous winning play against the Patriots this past December.

Memories like that from Drake are sure to invoke a smile — something Drake is making his personal mission to create more of this summer. You see, Kenyan Drake is spending some of his summer in Brazil in association with the charity “Smile Train”, an organization dedicated to the repair of a birth defect known as cleft lip.

And if you want to help Kenyan Drake with his cause, you’ll get some sweet memorabilia from the play now known as the “Miami Miracle”.

This is a cool gesture from Drake on multiple levels — first and foremost, a player volunteering so much of his precious free time to travel overseas and help those in need is admirable and a testament to the character of Drake as not just a football player, but as a person. And for him to utilize his platform to help him elevate that cause? That’s cool.

So if you’re in the market for some Miami Dolphins memorabilia from a name that will live on in Dolphins lore for years to come, all you’ve got to do is make a donation.
