Dolphins donate football equipment to South Florida high school

The Miami Dolphins may not be a winning organization on the field as of late but they continue to win off the field. Their latest contribution to the South Florida community? They’ve paired with Baptist Health to donate some brand new football equipment to one South Florida high school.

The Pahokee high school football team has to be chomping at the bit to lace things up and get to work, thanks in large part to the Dolphins overhauling their equipment for the upcoming football season.

The Dolphins have been busy this spring. The team held their 9th annual cancer challenge in April. Shortly afterwards, the team hosted local coaches for their 4th annual coaches clinic at Hard Rock Stadium. Just last week, Miami participated in a local outreach program to help the relationship between local communities and their police districts.

Their latest contribution is more familiar territory for the Dolphins — they are helping football thrive in the South Florida region.
